Research Interests

I am interested in the field of cancer -omics applied for precision medicine. My previous work focused on transcriptomics analysis of colorectal cancer for the prediction of disease recurrence and prognosis. In the Koo lab, I aim to gain insight into how deep learning models can help us understand the epigenomic profiles that drive cancer.
